Blessed Crossroads family---
Worship yesterday was such a blessing! Thank you worship pastor Joey Baham for the seasonal music and those worship songs that prepared us to gather at the Lord’s table together. Your readiness to receive God’s Word every week encourages my sermon preparation and multiplies the joy of sharing what has been laid on my heart. Thank you. I can’t wait to preach Luke 2: 8-12 (ESV) this Sunday, Words to a World in Chaos. Please plan to join us in person or on the live stream.
As previously noted, we will remain after our morning worship hour this coming Sunday for a Family Meeting. This will be a time of sharing some important information with our church family from our church staff and elders. There will be no votes or official business in this meeting. We will, however, explain several important aspects of our church life over the next few months. The family meeting will not be live-streamed. However, it will be recorded and sent to the church family in the customary Monday email.
Please note further at the web site and the Monday email several schedule adjustments in place for our observance of the Christmas miracle and holidays. Of special note, please be aware of our Christmas Eve worship, Thursday evening, December 24, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. This will be a profound prelude to celebrating Christ’s birth. Please plan to attend.
Harriet and I are grateful for your many expressions of love and blessing in this season. Thank you for the joy and privilege of serving Crossroads Community Church.
Blessings to all!
Sonny Holmes, Interim Pastor
