CROSSROADS KIDS

At Crossroads Kids, we believe that effective discipleship happens when children want to learn about Jesus, develop a love for Jesus, and desire to live for Jesus. We also believe that the church-going experience for children should mirror the church-going experience for their parents, creating a model of discipleship in which the entire family can experience God together.

Crossroads Kids serves children from birth through age 12 and occurs during both Worship Services (8:45 and 10:30). These services include a time of worship and teaching, followed by a time of small groups, which are divided by age.

Using curriculum from The Gospel Project, children are taught Biblically-sound lessons taken directly from Scripture and focus on how that content points directly back to Jesus. Additionally, there is a heavy focus on memorizing Scripture and internalizing the truths that it conveys. Children are also sent home weekly with a guide to further study and learn with their families.

Awana

Because Kids Matter to God

Awana is a weekly, high energy club for K3-5th Grade that teaches kids to love God through verse memorization, small group discipleship, and immersion in Scripture through interactive storytelling.

Awana begins Wednesday Nights @ 6:00 PM in the Gym. Once a month, Awana hosts an Awards Ceremony to celebrate what the kids have learned.
